By now you've read over many, many properties in your search and cannot tell them apart. I try my best to update my cabin every time I'm there. It's not one of the brand new cabins you see that cost a fortune. I offer a reasonably priced cabin where you're guaranteed to make a lifetime worth of memories. Yes I have a hot tub and a pool table, arcade games and foosball just like every one else, but what most don't have is a cabin 7 minutes off the main artery through the smokies. 7 Minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway or just "Parkway" as the locals call it. Parkway will take you to the Nascar Race Park, The Outlets, The Islands, every mini golf you can imagine, the Alcatraz Museum, The Pirates Adventure, Wonder Works, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic, The Wax Museum, Anakeesta, The Smoky Mountain Skybridge, Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud, Ripley's Aquarium, tons of knick knack shops, restaurants and multiple places to stock up on food. You will walk up three steps to enter the cabin and then you do not have to walk up another step if you do not wish. Here you'll find 4 bedrooms, kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room. Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own private full bath. Three of the bedrooms have King Beds and the fourth has Queen over Queen bunks. The Kitchen is fully stocked. I also have a blender, crock pot, air fryer, toaster, Keurig and standard coffee pot. The best part is the open concept. Very few cabins offer this feature where one can cook, eat at the dining room table and chat with friends and loved ones sitting on the couch or even on the front/back deck. Approximately 15 steps leads you to the upstairs loft, basking in sunlight, where you'll find a pool table, foosball, a standing arcade, a seated arcade, Large TV and an open out sofa. Yes, you'll find your children and young adults sleeping on the pull out sofa after playing pool till the wee hours of the night. I also have a mini fridge in the loft to save you the trips up and down the steps. Walk from the loft, raise the blinds and enjoy the sunshine in your faces you gaze over those beautiful Mountain Views. Stand for a bit and you'll see the hawks soaring over the tree tops. Keep walking and you'll find the fifth master Bedroom. This, the largest of all the bedrooms, has a King sized bed, full bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The downstairs bedrooms have full sized tubs and the upstairs bathroom has a full sized walk in shower. You enter the rear deck directly off the living room. There you'll find a brand new Hot Tub, BBQ and several rockers. Exit the cabin in the front, turn right and go down the hill about 100 yards and you'll find our community outdoor pool, indoor pool and 9 hole putt putt mini golf. I have clubs and balls in the cabin. Relax in the outdoor pool while you listen to the water cascading down the rock falls. Probably the best, and least spoke of, you have an owner who's been in the area for 10 years. I have over 1000 five star reviews comprising 3 properties. When I say "I want you to leave with nothing but the memories", I mean it from the bottom of my heart. You have an owner who will answer when you call. Someone who'll find you a short cut when the traffic on Parkway is as far as the eye can see. Someone who will beg you to buy your groceries on the way to the cabin because he doesn't want you to get stuck in the snow. Ans when you do get stuck in the snow on Christmas Eve, he'll call every tow truck, wrecker, ambulance and Police car in Sevier County until you're back safe at the Hallmark Cabin.
