It was clean

It was very old and had no amenities. I was glad there was a guard gate because the door didn’t have a secure bolt opened outward to a very dark parking lot.

Disappointed

Close to Casino.

Room is quite dated. Was not as clean as expected. Missing items such as coffee making equipment.

The room was great but the check in process was terrible.

The rooms were clean and had a kitchenette.

We checked in at 6:30 pm, and the hotel check in counter was closed. The door was locked without any note letting me know when they would be back. I had to check with security only to find out it closes when the employee takes lunch.

I would never stay there again unless there were BIG changes to the facility.

The two girls, Sandra and Marla were great.

Wifi was down, I was told Spectrum was coming the next day but it didn't work the next night either. They used Fabuloso or Lysol to clean and the smell was SO STRONG. The place was really sort of falling apart it seemed to me.

To sum it up, it was a very disappointing stay and I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The room was fine, nothing exceptional.

1) The wifi did not work. I approached the office twice. The first time I was basically told "sorry about that, it should work." The second time, I asked if it could be fixed. The person working called her manager on speaker phone, who said "there's nothing I can do." Wifi did not work our entire stay. This was very inconvenient as I had hoped to work some during our stay. 2) I went looking for ice the first night and was told that the ice machine was broken and I could go the 7-11 nearby to buy ice. The next day I went back, asking if I was allowed to request ice from the restaurant or somewhere else within the facility. The person told me that the ice machine had been turned off, but he turned it back on and ice would be ready in a couple hours. Why was it turned off? 2) The hot tub was lukewarm and appeared to be turned off. 3) We had one blanket in our room with two beds. Unfortunately, the hotel was "out of blankets." What??? 4) It's not part of the hotel, but FYI the restaurant closes at 6pm on weeknights and 7pm Fri/Sat, so don't count on it for service in the late evening.

Good location but they clearly did not care how our stay was.

Close to empire polo fields for lacrosse tournament

Only sheet and very thin blanket. Friends staying in another room only had a sheet (no blanket) and were told they could not have a blanket as they were out of blankets. Kind of ridiculous for a hotel. Sheets had holes that were patched. Kitchenette area but no kitchen sink, no glasses, no coffee maker. No ice machine. Another friend’s room toilet plugged and they were moved to a different room which was dirty.

I would really like to stay there again because it was such a BIG room. But I could be a little hesitant, because I don’

The room was BIG. Lots of space. Like the mini kitchen/Bar area.

First walked into room 215 it was like walking into a furnace. Extremely HOT. Turned the A/C on and it just didn’t cool down the room. It would then blow regular air. We were in there. Probably about 20 minutes just to see if the air condition would work. We were literally drenched in sweat. I even took pictures of the sweat on my shirt. I had to call the front office to let them know that the air was not working. I believe his name was Albert. VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. He ended up putting us in another room on the first floor. The AC was better however, there were stains on the bedsheets, which was gross. I took the sheets off. Luckily I bring my own sheets and blankets. Lots of Clorox wipes, and Lysol to sanitize the hotel room. The picture I took was out of the hot room. The bathroom picture was actually the picture of the bedsheet.

A good value and location, we will be back.

Location was good for visiting living desert and local restaurants. The room was nice and clean. the water pressure was good, the fridge worked well and we liked the bar/counter

The check in process was not good. I was getting my room information when a lady came in and 'cut' in front of me. the lady and what i can only guess was a new employee took care of the lady and only after several minutes addressed me to say they would be right with me. When I finally got to finish the transaction the room that they were going to give me wasn't right. It was 1 king bed instead of 2 queens. There was no information about checking out since there was no phone in the room and at 9am on Sunday there was no one in the office

Terrible

I got very sick and I couldn’t cancel my reservation, I got a call from the front desk the evening I was supposed to arrive I told the guy my situation, and he suggested to call the following day to speak with the manager. I did call I got in touch with someone at the front desk, the only thing he said was to hold, I waited on the line for 15 minutes no answer, I’m so disappointed I can’t believe they want to loose a client for miserable $135 Wow!

Barebones basic but adequate for my needs.

No breakfast. Great location for where I was competing.

Front desk hours poor. Restuarant hours terrible. No trash can in room when I arrived. The trash can they provided was tiny/inadequate. No Ice available/refrigerator too small.

Pleasant

Room was big and has a lot of room.

My air conditioner sucked didn't work well at all, mini fridge barely worked as well, shower floor looked nasty, and my tv remote worked but when I wanted to turn the volume down it wasn't working and others could connect to my tv and couldn't ignore it because remote wouldn't work on the TV. The batteries worked just couldn't do the things I said. I would never stay here again I waited over an 1.5 hours for a staff member to even show up to check me in and I wasn't the only one.

random noise I think was coming from the refrigerator and the room and exterior was a bit out of date.

Spacious, centrally located

NO COFFEE in room or even in office. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't at least provide coffee - major fail! Nice spacious bar area with seating, micro, fridge but no sink? Are you supposed to wash dishes in the bathtub?
