Room and bathroom are spacious & clean. Very comfortable accommodation with nice covered terrace for all seasons. Environment is quiet & green, a real tranquil escape but just 5mins on the scooter from beach and atmospheric market town with much diversity. National Park is even closer. Kampot is a bigger town and only 20mins on the scooter. Graziano is a great guy with a very sweet family, and a fluent English speaker which helps get an insight in to Cambodian life. Thanks for a great stay.

Le charme de l’emplacement. La petite terrasse.
La saleté, la porte des toilettes cassée et qui ne fermait plus. L’odeur plus que nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Le linge de lit piqué d’humidité. Les coqs toujours trop près mais bon.

La gentillesse, la restauration sur place (menu khmer et italien). Bons petits-déjeuners. A 3kms de Kep. Endroit calme. Nous avions eu un souci de vélo : grande aide de notre hôtesse. Ambiance familiale. Possibilité de faire la lessive soi-même : accès à une machine à laver.

Nous avons passé un super moment chez Pina !
La chambre était très spacieuse et propre.
Le logement est bien situé dans une rue au calme
Nous avons dégusté de délicieuses pizzas!
La famille est très accueillante et nous avons passé deux supers soirées avec Pina et Marina, les 2 petites filles de la famille. On senti comme a la maison!
