Good location near the crab market which is doable by bicycle and easy by moped. Rooms have everything you need including a fan to keep mosquitoes from biting you.
The beach is only a couple of kilometres away and it's easy to get a tuk tuk.
It can be noisy because all rooms have big holes in the walls at the top, so you hear everyone's conversation plus doors banging. Dogs can be noisy from before 6 AM going round the side of the house

The room was clean. Possible to rent scooter for cheap prices. Restaurant very good.
The owner offered to drive me to the Vietnamese border. I said we would see the next day. The next morning, he was waiting for me, and I felt confused and a bit embarrassed.
