In all my years of eating Tom Yum soup, this was the best I ever had! My partner and I both ordered the soup from Sanccouci's restuarant and were only sad we didn't have time to eat it a second time. The staff were so friendly and the apartments were much bigger than we expected - it was cool, dark and quiet which meant we could easily sleep/nap during the day, but if you wanted light you could open up the curtains on the beautiful big bay window in the living area. It was so nice to have a proper kitchen and living space, as well as a bedroom. Plus the pool and sauna were such a treat! I haven't seen an other places in Kep like it. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely natural surroundings. Very clean and beautiful pool. The bungalows were spacious too.
We rented five rooms and there were some issues with thr air conditioning. But the management did their best to resolve these quickly.

I wasn't going to leave a review but this was a good, bad and surprising stay at the same time so I'd like to advise others, especially families about our experience.
The good things:
- Very friendly and helpful manager and staff
- Great food in the restaurant
- Good pool for kids
- Great price for what it is
The bad and surprising:
- The bathroom sink fell off the wall, while my wife was putting cream on and nearly broke her foot, while our children were sleeping.
- The owner tried to claim we must have lifted it off the wall or someone pushed against it and gave us ice.
- When questioned about the installation, age and safety issue of a sink falling off the wall without reason, the blame was put back on us and we were told we were there so it's our fault.
- Whilst understanding this logic, bathroom sinks shouldn't just fall of the wall and the owner did say the last refurb was 8 years ago and the sink should have a cistern below to support it but there isn't space.
- The outdoor table glass was cracked and when a hand was placed on it - shattered at one corner again onto my wife's feet.
- The replacement glass was also cracked and could have broken in the same way.
- As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to pay for a new table and take responsibility for what may have been our fault, even though it was more expensive than the sink. The owner suggested we split the cost of the sink, and we agreed in order to resolve the issue. Our offer to replace the table was declined. However, we were later charged $4 for a glass worth approximately $1 that slipped from our son’s hands.
- The sink was not replaced during our stay and we stayed with no sink in same room.
Recommendations for fellow travellers:
- Take pictures of everything in your room and outside when you arrive as it's possible something will break.
Recommendations for the hotel:
- Conduct checks on all bathroom sinks that are installed like that. Apparently this kid of sudden failure is common after some time and with heavy use.
- If you offer drinks to under 5s consider offering plastic cups to avoid any issues in future.
