The staff were lovely. The food was exceptional.
The foam mattress was very uncomfortable. It was really noisy, with maintenance, and dogs barking at night.

The staff were friendly.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed a strong smell of cat urine. I love animals and have no problem being around them. In fact, I really enjoy it, but the smell was quite overwhelming. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was also below expectations. In addition, the bed was not comfortable, and the fan was very weak.
