Location, location, location. Close to everything. Right at the heart of the action.
Dark stairwell. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with a couple flight of stairs to each floor. Lights have motion sensors but they turn-off early. Caught us off-guard a couple of times. Could be a problem while carrying heavy luggage up and or down the stairs. We anticipated this issue on our check-out day very early morning. We had our cellphone flashlights ready.

Location and up to date design
At few instances we’ve hard noise from the bathroom next door (but this was only once so not a big issue) - also bear in mind there was not elevator and there’s a significant number of stairs. Again for us it wasn’t a big issue but important to be aware.

The apartment is located on the third floor and need to climb up 82 or steps. Ok for someone young , fit and healthy but not for anyone who cannot climb stairs. the Apartment is small and did not overlook a " courtyard". It overlooked a neigbours roof and felt claustrophobic. The AC worked intermittently and the tv had no sound. I feel the ommission of the " stairs and the view misrepresented the apartment and hence my stay was dissapointing and physically demanding.
