Broken AC, a severe sewage smell, poor hygiene, safety concerns and an unacceptable response.

Disclaimer: I was accommodated in Apartment No. 3. This review relates only to that apartment and not to any other apartments at the property. --------------------------------------- 1/ HORRIBLE SMELL: From the moment I entered the apartment, there was an overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was so unpleasant that it made me feel sick and almost vomit. 2/ BROKEN AC: The worst issue was the air conditioning, which did not work at all. I contacted management, who sent someone. He confirmed that they already knew it was faulty and needed repair, but said it could not be fixed. The area is busy and noisy, so I had to close the windows at night. Without AC, the room was extremely hot and I had a very uncomfortable, sleepless night. 3/ BLINKING LIGHTS: The ceiling light was blinking, and I had to contact management for assistance to turn it off. 4/ DIRTY KITCHEN: The kitchen and sink area were poorly maintained, with visible dirt and crumbs, as well as dampness and staining inside the cabinet below the sink. 5/ MOULD & DANGER: There was visible dirt and discolouration along the bathroom tile joints. The shower-drain cover was damaged and had potentially sharp edges, making it a safety concern. 6/ ELECTRICAL SAFETY CONCERN: The electrical sockets were immediately beside the sink, while appliance cables crossed the sink area. This created a concerning risk of water coming into contact with electricity. 7/ FILTHY COFFEE MACHINE: The coffee machine was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly, contained old residue, and smelled unpleasant. It was unhygienic and unusable. 8/ STAINED CURTAINS: The curtains were heavily stained, including dead mosquitoes/insects and other marks. They appeared not to have been cleaned or replaced for a long time. 9/ INSTRUCTIONS: The arrival and apartment instructions were unclear and sent only as a PDF, which was inconvenient and difficult to follow.

Apartment its in great great location near center near Bascarsija I was there during week of Sff and it was great to be near everything!

3rd floor no elevator so if you have luggage like me 2 big good luck !!!

Apartment its in great great location near center near Bascarsija I was there during week of Sff and it was great to be near everything!

Die Lage, die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall schnell hin.

Check in ist kompliziert, die Küche hat quasi keine Austattung, in der Wohnung leben sehr sehr viele Fliegen. Als wir nach ca 4 Tagen abgereist sind war der gesamte Fensterbereich innen schwarz vor Fliegenleichen
