Venture outside to your outdoor dining area, BBQ, private hot tub, and fire pit. The home features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, seating areas, and private outdoor access. All rooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows, ample lighting, clothing storage solutions, and luggage racks. All bathrooms include basic toiletries and high-quality towels. LUXE BEDROOM LINEUP: Master Bedroom 1: King Bed with en suite jet bath and a massive 75" smart TV Bedroom 2: King Bed with its own sleek smart TV Bedroom 3: King Bed for regal slumber Bedroom 4: Queen Bed with a snappy smart TV Bedroom 5: King Bed for royal treatment Guest will have access to the entire house. Situated conveniently central to Yucca, Pioneertown, and Joshua Tree. 12 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 12 minutes to Pioneertown, 5 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 40 minutes to Palm Springs. QUIET HOURS: From 10 pm-7 am residents are asked to refrain from any loud noise outside or emanating from the home. This includes talking loudly and playing music outside or inside with open windows. Any fines received from the city will be the responsibility of the guest to reimburse. Consistent complaints from neighbors or any police activity will result in guests being asked to leave without a refund. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is strictly enforced by both us, and the city. Any guest found to be exceeding the maximum number of occupants allowed will forfeit their security deposit and be asked to vacate the premises, without a refund for the remaining stay. Any fines received from the city will be the responsibility of the guest to reimburse within 48 hours of receipt. RENTER'S REQUIREMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the debit/credit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussions regarding reservation, cancellation and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that the host rents to responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. An off-platform security hold of $500 will be put on the Guest's card two days prior to arrival and will be released seven days after departure if no damages have occurred during the Guest's stay. Unauthorized people at the home at any time will result in a double charge for each additional guest or a maximum occupancy charge (whichever is more), and loss of any security deposit, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges. The rental is not intended for parties or gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of a violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. No exceptions or refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival. UPON ARRIVAL: Take a look around the house. If there are any concerns or issues with your rental property, please immediately contact your host (leave a message if there is no answer or send a message). No refunds or considerations are given unless notified of problems during your stay. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME: Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm. Guest will not be allowed access until the designated check-in time. Violation could result in $100/hour charge. Checkout is at 10:00 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so that the home can be prepared for any incoming guest. If there is a late checkout past 10:00 am you will be charged $55 for each additional hour. POWER/WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATION: We DO NOT issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages or forest fires, but CSA Travel Protection Insurance does provide some protection against these instances. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances and you did purchase insurance, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date. CLEANING FEE(S): A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with all reservations. This fee is for our housekeepers who dust, vacuum, sanitize, clean linens and towels, maintain the amenities, and remove refuse from the property. Guest(s) are required to follow all check-out procedures detailed in the agreement and leave the property in the same general and good habitable condition it was in when the Guest(s) arrived. Undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the home shall be charged to the Guest/Cardholder's credit card as an Additional Cleaning Charge. At a rate up to $45/hour, with a one-hour minimum. This also applies to the property exterior, grounds, BBQs, and pools/spa(if so equipped). CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay. -Place soiled towels in the laundry room. -All dirty dishes, cookware, and eating utensils should be washed, rinsed, and put in the dishwasher. We ask that you also start the load. -Floors should be in generally good condition and ready to be vacuumed by housekeepers. -All household trash, garbage, recycling/or other discarded items shall be properly bagged up so as to avoid spillage/leakage and deposited in the proper refuse containers provided. Please do your best to help us recycle by hauling it out with you. -Refrigerator and microwave should be left clean and free of food. -All appliances(stove, oven, bbq, etc.) should be left in a clean condition and free of spills and grease. -Please wipe down counters and other surfaces. -All litter must be picked up from the premises and placed in the outside dumpster, tie securely in trash bags. -Please try not to leave any pet hair in the home! Duct tape works great on furniture and may be provided with our other cleaning supplies. **GLITTER/CONFETTI ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.** SMOKING: Is NOT permitted in the Property under any circumstance. Smoking is allowed outside as long as butts and ashes are not left behind. Discard the butts and ashes in the outside garbage after extinguishing. Do not throw butts on the ground(including the fire ring/if applicable) or bring them into the house. If there is any tobacco or marijuana smell in the home after your departure there will be a minimum $350 and up to $2,500 charge for smoke remediation. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to their long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning. PLUMBING: Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. The toilets are water/saving models and do not have a strong flush/limiting the amount of toilet paper used will help prevent a clog. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain. PETS: If approved pets are allowed as long as applicable pet fees have been paid. The fee is $150 per pet, 2 pet maximum. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If the discovery of unauthorized pets is made after departure, a penalty of $100/day plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed. The following rules must be followed regarding pets: -No pets on any furniture or bedding. -Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning time/charges. -All waste must be picked and placed in the dumpster tied securely in trash bags. -No pets in the spa or bathtubs. -Pets should not be left unattended in the home or backyard unless crated. Do NOT leave pets outside unattended, as we have vendors(landscapers, pool maintenance, etc.) who enter through the back gate. The vendors are not liable for lost pets who escape during their services due to a lack of pet owner supervision. -Any cleaning that must be done will be charged to the renter at a rate of $45/hour. POOL/HOT TUB USE AND RULES: Guest agrees that the presence of the pool and/or hot tub at the property creates a risk of personal injury or property damage. This risk is heightened as it relates to children. The guest agrees to accept the risk and agrees to take all reasonable and proper measures to ensure the safety of the Guest, its invitees, guests, agents, or licensees from injury or loss. Our pool maintenance team sanitizes and replenish chemicals in all pool/spa prior to your arrival. If additional maintenance is required during your stay, or the next guest is unable to use the amenities due to the condition resulting from your failure to observe the following rules, there will be a $45 charge(and cost of supplies if necessary) for each hour of required maintenance. A $100 refund/night will be given if you are unable to use the pool/spa due to a malfunction not caused by Gue

I stayed here with some friends for an event in town and it was the perfect location. This house offers plenty of space for a group of friends to stay comfortably. The owner was very communicative and answered all texts, calls, emails nearly immediately. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful and convenient location complete with hot tub in which to relax after a long hike. We’ll equipped kitchen, generous supply of towels, latest entertainment amenities as well as pingpong table in garage converted to game room.

Huge house with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The house has more than enough dishes and utensils for our large party of 10, with high end cooking pots and pans. The owner was super responsive and when our rental car had to get towed upon check out, he let us stay in the rental house even though we had checked out already. Totally lifesaver considering it was rainy, windy and cold while we waited 2 hours for the tow company to show up.
