Located in Mexico Beach, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and awake to a spectacular gulf view right from the master ensuite! We bought Perry's Place in 2010 after we lost our precious son Perry Ward in a car accident. He loved Mexico Beach so much, and we couldn't think of a better way to honor him than by buying a place in his memory, and naming it after him! Hurricane Michael hit in 2018, and leveled Perry's Place to the ground. Here we are 3 1/2 years later, and we have rebuilt not one but two Perry's Places!! We will rent out Perry's Place 6, and would be honored to have you as our guest! Perry's Place is a 2 bedroom 21/2 bath townhome. The master has a king bed while the guest room has a queen bed with a set of twin bunks. Both bedrooms have smart tvs as well. Both bedrooms have brand new super comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a wonderful meal! There are 4 barstools at center island along with 4 tv trays available to use. There are beautiful oceanfront decks off the master bedroom, and the den with the most beautiful views! Killer's Seafood is a favorite and located just across (two lane) Hwy 98. Perry's Place carport offers a picnic table with an additional seating area, where you can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor gas grill. This is our favorite place to sit, relax, or take a nap! Perry's Place offers a gorgeous wide view of the water and beach on every level, from the carport, to the living room, to the master ensuite, where you can greet the gulf's beautiful sunrises and enjoy sunsets to end your day. Be ready to leave the hassle behind and use Perry's Place 4 beach chairs, sand buckets, shovels, and nets. Perry's Place kitchen and baths are well stocked with paper goods, but should you need more the Dollar General is just 2.5 mi east. The full baths are equipped with hand soaps, a starter shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and a blow dryer. The kitchen offers an ample supply of paper goods, foil, plastic wrap, dish detergents, and garbage bags for use during guests stay. We hope you enjoy making memories here as much as we do! We absolutely loved Perry’s Place 6! It’s a beautiful townhome on the beach and has amazing views where you step out right onto the beach! It was also a very short drive to Port St Joes to shop and eat. We plan on staying again!

Perry’s Place is an excellent place to stay. The views of the ocean are spectacular. It has unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset. The sitting area under the breezeway is a great amenity as we were able to relax and catch up and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Imagine waking up to a view of the ocean well you can at Perry’s Place. Communicating with the owner was the easiest I have ever experienced. I would recommend staying at Perry’s Place.

First time to visit to Mexico Beach - absolutely beautiful. And Perry’s Place allowed me to enjoy every moment of the beach. I loved being able to walk down a few steps and have my feet hit the sand. The outside spaces was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen had everything I needed and everything was just beautiful and comfortable. I hope to visit again. Thank you!

Our family vacationed with friends and had a great time. They were in an adjoining unit so the set up was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the amenities in the condo were first class and the amount of care put into the unit was apparent. We look forward to visiting Perry’s Place 6 again!

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach and it was so Beautiful and Peaceful. This will be our new place to come without a doubt. The townhouse is right on the beach, you cant get any closer, and everything was so clean. The owner Wendy was a pleasure to talk with, and made sure we were happy with our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was right on the beach with amazing views, especially the sunsets! The road is right there, though, but road noise never really was an issue and it's right across the street from Killer Seafood (yummy!) Had a power issue in the main bedroom/bath and Wendy and her husband responded immediately and had it taken care of. Cody, the electrician, was quick, fixed it right up and was super nice. Really cute place and very clean. If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, this is absolutely perfect!

My family spent a couple days at this location, and it was the perfect vacation. Not only was the house cozy, the view to the beach was gorgeous. Whether it was cloudy or sunny, the location was perfect for any form of relaxation. I would highly recommend it and would come back again!

Perry’s Place 6 was everything as advertised. I would highly recommend if wanting a place just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that was as equipped as the property description said. My wife and I usually bring kitchen stuff we know we will need because when most properties have said they have everything you need, it has never had everything we needed. Perry’s Place 6 was different. The kitchen is very well equipped, the property was very clean, and the host responded quickly with the few questions we had. There was construction going on next door, but it was not an issue for us. We were glad to see progress in the rebuilding of Mexico Beach.

We loved our stay at Perry’s Place so much that we didn’t want to leave! It is literally just steps away from a beautiful beach, which was really convenient for our family. Everything inside of the house was very comfortable and clean. And the view from the balconies! One day we watched dolphins swimming for hours. We hope to come back for our next Florida vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Perry’s Place. The townhome is in the perfect location on the beach! The walk across the street to wonderful seafood at Killers and ice cream was a nice bonus as well! The home has plenty of space and accommodations that truly make it a home away from home. The beds are more than comfortable! The downstairs deck/porch area was well loved this week between meals and relaxing/reading. We would definitely come back!

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures. The house was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The bed and linens were of excellent quality. The people in the area are kind and friendly and you couldn't have a better beach-front location. Check-in was a breeze and we would love to go back and visit again! 5 STARS!!!

My family had a wonderful time during our stay! We enjoyed the location, walk right across the street to Killer Seafood! The best part was the lower deck. We spent most of our time down there. Our 1 year old played with all the beach toys that were provided and that was a big hit! Everything you need to relax and enjoy is there.
