The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great location and friendly, helpful staff. Everything was well organized, and overall the stay was very pleasant.
There was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met my expectations and I had no major issues during my stay. The only minor inconveniences were that the shower temperature was a bit difficult to control, sometimes switching between too hot and too cold, and the shower area itself was slightly too dark.

The room was great and views are spectacular. Value for your money and near the cable car which is a great experience. Food portions were great plus the food options are good but they are limited but you can always order out plus the rooms have cooking facilities.
Be prepared to pay expensive taxes due location or traffic but this is not hotel cons but the hotels offer some transportation services which is great but depending on their availability.

The view is wonderful, and there's a washing machine in the room.
The staff tried to do the best to help us feel good, but didn't succeed all the time...
The room was not ready and not clean. No towels, no pillowcase...
