The hotel has the best views of Dubai. When we arrived they upgraded our room to 3 bedroom apartments on the 20th floor. Thank you to George who welcomed us so wonderfully after a long flight delay. All the staff was amazing. Thank you

he suite was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. The location was excellent, and the parking was spacious and readily available in the basement.
A minor issue was the lack of response when we requested room cleaning. There was also very noisy construction work next to the hotel, which was quite disruptive. The breakfast was below average.

The apartment was spacious with an 2 bedroom apartment and had a balcony with a view
The maids room was small if you have someone who is tall they are unable to sleep as the bed is small for a tall person (we had this issue)
The downfall was the smell in the property coming from the bathroom - drainage issue we had requested to change apartments from floor 2 to floor 6
Again horrible smell coming from each of the bathrooms
This was the only hotel which didn’t wish their guest happy birthday - we’ve stayed at many hotels by surprise we had received a card wishing their guest happy birthday and even a cake
For future ref maybe take into the account the occasion for the stay if it’s a special occasion or anything
