Exceptional location: in the heart of the old city!
Exceptional reception service (by Ari and Anvar): we checked in and out early and asked for breakfast on the day of arrival instead of departure and was answered in the affirmative.
Excellent recommendations about shops and restaurants. Moreover, Anvar walked with us to the recommended places.
Very nice team of 2 ladies served breakfast.
One should know that there is no car access to hotel. Best is to book transfer from the airport. You will need drivers' help if you have a lot of luggage, since last 50 meters or so are only by foot...
Breakfast is served in a nice location but is somewhat basic. You will get a refill of whatever you ask for, though!

Location was good, staff was cooperative, and price was great
This hotel can not be accessed by car, and they did NOT mention it anywhere. We were a family of 5 with 5 big luggage and 4 small hand trolleys, and we had to carry and drag all luggage from 500 meter distance on a steep incline walk on pavers up and down track, so that was very inconvenient. Secondly, there is NO Elevator in this hotel and our room was on 1st floor, so we had to carry all heavy luggage via stairs ourselves, because there is NO bellboy either. Breakfast was not great, its a ala carte with boiled egg, veggies, fruit and bread, and coffee if you order omlette its chargeable
