Wunderschön

"Klein aber fine". Die Lage ist super, zentral aber sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind groß, sehr sauber und gut möbliert, alles funktioniert. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist lecker. Alles war sehr schön.

Five nights is not enough time. We will stay again next year.

The room is comfortable, clean, spacious (not huge), a good location in the old town away from nightclub noise. Friendly carpet shop owner on the corner. Short walk to good restaurants. In particular both the reception counter workers (Emil, Ilya, and Sharvin), and management have been polite and very helpful. Natalya the breakfast cook is great. Seven Rooms only has 7 rooms, of course, but they also have a larger property nearby. Rooms on level three have balconies, but are smaller rooms.

Nothing really. Breakfast is very simple. But you do get freshly cooked eggs, and oatmeal porridge, and brewed coffee.

A perfect location for a short break in Baku

We had a fantastic stay at the Seven Rooms Boutique hotel. From booking the contact with the hotel was fantastic, they helped organise transfers, assistance with currency exchange, restaurant recommendations and bookings. Our room (305) was spacious, clean, comfortable, light, large bathroom. We honestly couldn’t have asked for any more in our 4 night stay for the F1. The location was perfect, with all the best restaurants are within the old town walls. Highly recommend the stay. Lobby was staffed 24/7, felt extremely safe, breakfast on the rooftop was basic but suitable with fresh eggs cooked to order each morning.

Nothing, for a simple comfortable stay it was perfect.

Great option to stay in beautiful Baku.

Brilliant location in old town, clean, comfortable and friendly. Great balcony in room 306.

Just some minor things - The shower flooded every time and breakfast started a bit late 0900.

The person at the reception (Aga) and the person for breakfast were very friendly and professional. The location was very good, in the heart of the old town. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, exceptionally clean

The location of this hotel, in the middle of the old city, is just perfect. The views from the breakfast room were amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and although small, was perfect for me on my own.

I actually cannot think of anything that I would improve.

Overall very nice

I arrived much eralier than check in time, however without additional fee I was allowed to check in. The location was very near from Maiden Tower. I wish to go to Yanar Dag without tour, then reception kindly arranged taxi and let him know all plan because the driver could not speak English.

Breakfast was simple and coffee was instant.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great - in the old town and really near most of the tourist attractions.

The breakfast could have been better- it was a little limited and the same every day. Fresh bread would have been great!

Exceptional

The high ceiling room was gave a very spacious feel. The room and bathroom is all warm. The towels are always nice and hot. And even the tiles are of room temperature. The staff are really friendly and courteous and it was a very pleasant stay.

Kind staff and great location!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried to help me in all ways they could. The location is perfect in the heart of the old town :). Def recommend.

The breakfast was not great and started late, but it didn't bother me that much.

Best location; cozy spot

Everything about this place was cozy; well-insulated, plenty of hot water and soundproof windows. Breakfast was super simple but it was refreshing to experience this. I would highly recommend this hotel to fam and friends.

Beautiful tiny and quite hotel in the very heart of Baku

A beautiful tiny hotel in the very heart of the old city, just seven rooms, exactly as it states. The room is bright and clean, bed linen are clean and fresh, staff's polite, helpful and caring. And I know what I'm talking about, I've tried a half a dozen hotels in Baku city center and this is one of the best in general and absolutely best for the price. Will definitely come again. Breakfasts being served on the rooftop and accompanied by a mesmerising old city and sea view.

The room I had might be not a best fit if you intend to work from there. There were no working desk, but there is a wide table and a chair, so crafted a working place for myself and it was fine. The internet connection is abt 10mbit/s and not always reliable. So consider this one for rest, not for working remotely. Breakfast's choices might not be that rich, but still fine. And there was no freshly brewed coffee which is mostly the issue of the city, not this particular hotel.

the staff, Aga is really helpful, always smiled and welcomed us. he even helped us to get a taxi on his phone! thank you Aga! the location is fantastic the core of the old town.

They have accommodated our early check in request. The room was very clean and had a rustic-modern vibe. It was cleaned daily throughout our stay. Not only that, the room they have given us had stunning views of the Caspian Sea and the Flame Towers. Breakfast was limited but was really really good and the view from the breakfast floor was amazing with Maiden Tower on the left, Caspian Sea at the center and Flame Towers on the right. The location was nearby the Maiden Tower and Old City as well as really good restaurants. The staff has taken care of us and were very professional and friendly. All in all, the entire stay was perfect. Hats off to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Nice boutique hotel conveniently located in the heart of the old town. I enjoyed the stylish interior décor and the spacious room.

Amazing find in old Baku city

Small boutique hotel in the centre of the old city, close to the sites, restaurants and bars and also only a short walk to Fountains Square and Nizami Street. The staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. Free water is provided daily and there are tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is simple but with a choice of different hot egg options and is served in a breakfast room on roof. The hotel arranged airport pick up and drop off for me which was on time and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
