The bed and linens were so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed.

The friendly and accomodating staff.
A cleaning product that was used to clean the bathroom had a scent added to it and the smell was strong.

Great modern hotel. Well appointed and spotless. Staff were very engaging and breakfast was definitely one of the better ones we've had at this chain. We were on a road trip from Colorado to San Francisco and being able to leave our ski gear in the car was a definite plus. Bravo!

Beds were uncomfortable. Had to go to different floors for ice. Coffee area no cups out at one point.
