Lage ist top, Abwicklung und Kontakt mit Vermieter unkompliziert und freundlich.
Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen in der gleichen Preiskategorie und genauso zentral in Stresa fehlt die Klimaanlage - diese wurde insbesondere jetzt im Hitzesommer 2026 gefehlt.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Fussgängerzone. Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden. Wohnung klein aber fein, sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist neuwertig.
Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war sehr unbequem, eigentlich eher eine Auszugscouch, Die Liegematte war mit Plastik überzogen, so dass man ziemlich schwitzte. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher dürftig, uns hat z.B. ein Schneidebrett gefehlt.
