The house is really spacious and bedrooms are comfortable. The views of the dam beautiful. Kitchen has a gas stove which is a plus.
Security at the gate needs to be trained on customer service. I know he might be employed by the property as there are multiple properties in the area.

Spacious rooms very warm host as well. Safe environment. My children enjoyed their time it was home away from home.

The home was absolutely stunning, loved the set up, the bathroom in every bedroom, the furniture, the covered braai area, the kitchen, the view of the river and the garden. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The home look and feel was a 10/10 for me. The telephone contact we had was friendly and helpful before phone went off.
We were not pre warned about challenges we may encounter on the gravel road, due to the rainy weather. The road was muddy, we couldn't even get the car to the property, we had to walk about a km with our belongings on a muddy and slippery road. No one was available from the property to help with the situation.
The blankets in the wardrobe were not smelling good, the aircorn was not working, We were not given a contact to assist after hours, the number we had went to voicemail around 7pm. The other residents were allowed to make noise all night, we battled to get some sleep and rest.
The water went cold in the morning and disappeared shortly after. We had a cold shower and some couldn't even shower because the water was gone, no information provided or anyone to call for assistance. The number was still on voicemail around 8h30am.
The property has great potential, the road needs urgent attention, customer service and communication needs to be worked on, noise rules need to be in place.
