An absolutely wonderful stay at Dimora Palestro! The location is fantastic close to everything, the beach was a 10 min walk and the old town is literally a few steps away, incredibly convenient, and with parking nearby. Hot tip… the bakery across the street makes the BEST focaccia.
The property was immaculate, spacious, and even more beautiful than the photos. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and check-in was completely seamless. We were kindly allowed to check in early, and because our flight home wasn’t until late afternoon, Faustine also accommodated us by storing our luggage after checkout.
The Faustine and Luana were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. When our daughter became unwell, Fotene quickly provided us with the details of an online medical service, which helped us obtain a hospital referral. We were extremely grateful for the support during such a stressful moment.
The amenities were comparable to those of a five-star hotel, including thick towels, luxurious robes, slippers, a vanity kit and a shaving kit. Having a washer-dryer was especially helpful, and even the laundry detergent was supplied. The beach bag, beach towels and beach umbrella were also such a thoughtful touch.
Nothing, we fell completely in love with this property!
