The apartment is as described. It was comfortable and the Smart TV worked well. Enjoyed breakfast on the outside balcony. Ben, the host, was easy to contact and always helpful.

Wonderful location, just outside of the old town. Modern, spacious apartment. Good communication with apartment owner. Lovely balcony and view. Welcome bag of wine and snacks.
The apartment is up 5 flights of stairs. Not easy with lots of luggage but was very grateful that the owner’s son helped us take the bags up.

We loved this apartment. Right on the outer of the old town, so perfect location. Was nice to not be right in the centre as meant we got a great sleep as was nice and quiet. The apartment is nice and spacious, modern, clean and aircon worked great. Perfect for a couple of two couples as so much space. We managed to get our washing done which was easy to dry on the balcony on the clothes dryer.
Check in was easy and the owners son came and met us who was so lovely.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was extremely well maintained. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped to include everything one would want, even a sun parasol to use at the beach. It was all the little extras that made this apartment so special.
The proximity to the beach and the hub of Monopoli was perfect, all within a short walk including a supermarket with everything you would need. The fresh fruit was excellent.
It was so quiet at night and with such comfortable beds I have never slept so well.
Nothing. Extremely good value for money but as an upper floor apartment you do have a number of steps to climb which unless you have a medical condition is not an issue.
