Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer am Rande der Altstadt, zum bahnhof ca 20min. Check in unkompliziert via whatsapp, wir konnten früher in Apartment. Bequeme Betten und sogar Waschmaschine inkl waschpulver und wäsche kann auf wäscheständer auf terrasse getrocknet werden.
Vorne wird aktuell der Quai saniert (wird sehr schön), strände wären in Nähe, aber bei uns zu windig und mare mosso.

Alles war perfekt, wir haben die Unterkunft wunderschön gefunden. Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und alle notwendigen Dinge sind vor Ort. Die Lage ist perfekt für Strand und Stadt - alles ist in Gehweite. Für die zentrale Lage ist es außerdem sehr ruhig und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Man bekommt außerdem in der näheren Umgebung immer irgendwo kostenlose Parkplätze.

We are on a 9 week European holiday and booked this apartment because we needed a place to wash clothes. And it delivered, having a large washing machine and a dryer in a dedicated enclosed balcony.
The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a large fridge so we cooked a couple of nights which was nice after a few hotels where we had to eat out.
The location was awesome, the lounge/kitchen area and balcony looked directly over the sea and we could see the old town which was a 3 min walk away. Easy walk to the towns beaches as well.
Bed was comfortable and bedroom had aircon, important in the August heat. The lounge was a little worn but still comfortable and plenty of room.
There is no parking provided (which we knew) and Monopoli was so crowded in August. It took us a day or two to figure out where to park without paying a fortune in daily rates. No the property’s fault but just expect that if visiting in August.
Toilet paper and shower products only just lasted the 4 night so they could have been a little more generous.
There were a number of garbage bins for recycling (glass, paper, plastic, organic, residue) which we were happy to do. However the instructions were in Italian and even asking for more clarification we were not 100% we put everything in the right bin or put the right bins out.

Location and view were lovely, nice upgraded apartment with amenities.
Missing paper towels/napkins, not enough coffee for our stay
