The place is really well located and close to everything, very central and close to public transportation. And it was also very safe.
The facilities were not okay, the whole apartment was about to fall off. The shower doors were falling as well. Bedsheets were dirty. The opening door glass was broken when we arrived. There is an inventory paper stuck on the wall about how many utensils are available and should still be there when we leave, however that was not correct when we arrived, seeing as there were cups missing. There is no necessity to ask for a security deposit for a place like this.

It is an excellent location to visit the city of Budapest. A very good price-quality ratio, you can find parking and it is very easy to get to. We stayed four families (8 people) and we felt very good.
A 200 Euro deposit is retained, but if you don't cause any damage, I don't think it would be a problem.

Location was really good and was easy find and get in to.
Only had the one key fob to get into the building which made it a little difficult with a large group but we worked it out.

Excellent apartment, very clean, great location, and had everything we needed for our stay.
Access was difficult. After arrival we were told we had to turn the electricity off outside every time to enter. Each time we returned, the door was hard to open and we sometimes waited 5–30 minutes outside in freezing temperatures. One night we had to wait for the cleaning lady to let us in. A heads-up about this issue before arrival would have helped a lot.
