Appartamento centralissimo, da cui ci si muove a piedi agilmente verso le principali attrazioni della città. È molto ampio e comodo.
Espliciterei in maniera più chiara il fatto che si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore (a meno che non sia stata una mia svista, la cosa non è chiaramente segnalata da nessuna parte, non è immediato rintracciare l’informazione). Migliorerei un po’ la pulizia.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und die Wohnung ist ansich total schön , geräumig und gemütlich .
Leider das leidige Thema , wenn man vermietet , muss man auch mal gelegentlich investieren. Was hier leider offensichtlich seit langem nicht der falls ist.
Es war für zwei Nächte zwar vollkommen okay , aber es sind diese ganzen Kleinigkeiten die das Gesamtbild doch sehr trüben
Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe . Keine einigermaßen gleichbleibende Wassertemperatur , keine Abtrennung / Vorhang ...
Alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man mit Vermietung Geld verdient , muss auch gelegentlich investiert werden.
Teppich im Wohnzimmer sehr dreckig , Sofa dreckig , Es fehlt einfach mal wieder ein Anstrich und ein bisschen Zuwendung an jeder Ecke.
Eine einfache und alte Küche zum Beispiel ist nichts schlimmes , aber es muss nicht so aussehen wie es hier der Fall ist.
Licht im Kühlschrank defekt und und und.
Es sind einfach viele Kleinigkeiten
Leider kann man nur vier Fotos hochladen , es gibt soviele Kleinigkeiten die unansehnlich sind

The location is great- really close to St Stephen’s and a great restaurant strip
Very handy to have a washing machine.
It was very hot -27c inside. Fans only which didn’t cool the rooms much but maybe air conditioning not used so much in European homes?
The marble stairs to access the property made it hard to manage our luggage after 4 weeks of travel and collecting stuff on the way. My fault for nit checking this earlier.
The lack of light in the room where fridge is stored coupled with no light in the fridges made this area a bit tricky
Very hard to shower without water going everywhere. Would be good to provide an extra bath mat or extra towels.
