Easy access with information given, spacious, clean, warm

All was good with the property

I enjoyed my stay, and would absolutely come back to stay here longer.

It was exactly what I was looking for, had all sorts of utilities I needed in the kitchen, the bedroom was quiet and the instructions clear.

The garbage in the bathroom was not empties out before I got there, and the bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable, otherwise the place was great.

2 / 10

Faulty boiler no refund!

Central, lots of room, secure.

Dated, only two beds (and a sofabed). Insisted we pay before arriving, no hot water, reported at 8am still waiting at midday. Re-located, owner refuses to refund and claimed they could not free it up in b.com to allow others to book.
