Beautiful nature. Good size room.

It would have been really nice, if it was possible with dinner at the hotel, especially when you are a family with kids. It's not so practical too go to eat dinner some place else every night. A least it would have been nice to know it before the stay, so we would have been prepared. The WiFi was not so good.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great.

I think it could be better to clean the room when the guests are out, not when they are eating breakfast, so they don't have to wait in front of the room. The room was perfectly clean - but still - not the best moment to do it.

The breakfast and the hostess were amazing. So was the swimming pool and the view.

English is barely spoken in this part of Germany (older generation runs the place). We know a little bit of German so we were able to figure things out. Bring cash, paying with card ( for small payments) is almost impossible in this part of Germany and there is no ATM close. Dinner is difficult (2 hotels have a restaurant but 1 was closed). We are vegetarians so that left us with 2 options. In the cities closeby every restaurant we went to was closed. This is not the fault of the hotel, but still good to know when you are not German or Dutch and want to visit.

Very clean room and rest of the hotel. Very well run buffet, all is present what you desire. Friendly, if you need anything, just ask.

Lovely location with beautiful views. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Great breakfast! Excellent customer service with very attentive staff: the maid noticed that we used one of the decorative pillows for extra height, so the next day she put an extra pillow in our bed without us even having to ask for it. She also neatly folded my daughter's pajamas! This is attention to detail and great service!

Having to cross the street to use the pool in another hotel was a little bit of a hassle.
