The hotel was excellent overall. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people, with plenty of storage, a good-sized bathroom, balcony with a useful drying rack, fridge and safe. The resort has several pools and a great beach area with plenty of sunbeds and a beach bar. We stayed all-inclusive and really enjoyed the variety of food and drinks, which made everything very easy and relaxing. The location is also great, close to the airport and with easy access to excursions — our tours picked us up about 10 minutes from the hotel. A very pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend it.
The main issue for me was the air conditioning in the room. The vents were positioned directly above the beds, so the cold air blew directly onto our heads during the night. There was no way to control the temperature, only the airflow intensity, which was still uncomfortable for me and caused a lot of coughing at night. Other than that, we had a small water leak from the ceiling on our last day, but the hotel dealt with it very quickly and everything was completely dry and sorted when we returned.

The staff was prepared, professional, and worked hard to fulfill the client's requests.
I would recommend inserting the labels with the ingredient details, from which the client will be able to check whether there are things they cannot eat due to allergies, making the service more sophisticated.

Very clean, spacious rooms. There are 3 pools - one inside, two outside (one adults only and 2nd one for everyone). Staff was very friendly and told us to enjoy all the facilities before checkin time. We also used laundry service which costed 10 eur and was good quality (although not folded super good, but it’s fine :).
Hotel has a beach near by where sunbeds and umbrellas are included.
All 4 meal times had many food choices.
We also enjoyed games provided by hotell staff - voleyball, darts, water polo and so on!
Alcoholic drinks included in the price were not good. Basically just juice with vodka or rum served as a cocktail :)
The amount of chlorine staff is putting into the pool every evening is terrifying. But hopefully it has some system to filter it out later on.
Also, sauna wasn’t working - we didn’t really understand if it was for extra price.
