Never saw any office staff - door was unlocked (as our email said) and all was clean and cute place. Coffee maker did not work but coffee shop was across the street.

Friendly, cozy, clean, and delightful place to stay. Will stay again. I found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. What a fun place, like a little home away from home.
