Overall, this condo was clean, comfortable, and very livable, and we enjoyed our stay. However, there were several issues that future guests should be aware of. The biggest problem was that one of the building's two elevators was out of service for the entire duration of our stay. We were told this has been an ongoing issue for months. With only one elevator serving the building, there were frequent long waits, especially during check-in/check-out times and when people were transporting luggage, groceries, beach gear, strollers, and other items. The remaining elevator was not large enough to efficiently accommodate everyone, creating particular difficulties for families with children and elderly guests. Another disappointment was that the washer and dryer in the unit did not work. Prior to our arrival, we had been informed that a new washer and dryer would be installed, but that was not the case during our stay. Having a functioning washer and dryer is especially important for a beach vacation. We also found that the parking passes were not in the unit as described. We had to make a phone call and spend additional time tracking them down before we could properly park. Despite these issues, the condo itself was otherwise comfortable and well-maintained. If the elevator situation is resolved, the laundry equipment is replaced as promised, and a few operational details are improved, this could be an excellent rental property.
