Welcome to our sweet n’ cozy attached but very private studio apartment fully equipped with a luxurious iComfort king bed, fully stocked bathroom and kitchen spaces, and a comfortable seating area with a large high definition flat screen smart TV with a Roku. Guests have private access to the apartment and a small, exclusive, bright patio. The space is perfect for folks visiting family/friends in the area, small families looking to explore Sellwood’s irresistible family-friendly charm, solo adventures/ couples looking for a cozy sanctuary, or business travelers interested in a quiet place to wind down. The astounding natural beauty of the PNW inspires the decor of the space, and many guests comment on its exceptionally homey vibe (we think due to the happy plants and natural light.) We are conveniently tucked away around the corner from the hustle and bustle of one of Sellwood’s main “downtown” areas, but the space still maintains tranquility and peacefulness. An easily accessible home base! With a walk score of 95, you can get to nearly anything you need with a 5-10 minute walk. Our location also has a bike score of 99… Some examples of easy locations to get to: Grand Central Bakery- 1 block Tea Chai Te- 1 block New Seasons Market- 2 blocks Multiple Food Cart Pods (Sushi, Mexican, Thai, Ice Cream, etc.) - 2 blocks Sellwood Library- 2 blocks Starbucks-2 blocks Either/Or Coffee Shop- 3 blocks Sellwood Pool - 3 blocks Sellwood Park - 3 blocks Muddy Rudder (fun Irish pub)-3 blocks Willamette River- 5 blocks Springwater Corridor Trailhead (Bike Path) - 5 blocks Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge (Hiking) - 5 blocks **SUMMER SEASON** Train Rides (To an Antique Train Museum and OMSI) - 5 blocks Oaks Amusement Park - 5 blocks Bus Stops - 1-5 blocks And the list goes on! Safe, cozy, and equipped with everything you'll need. Water filter available in fridge. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Great location. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. Communication could improve on the app, which is why I give this 4 stars. I did not hear from the hosts after confirming the trip and received Vrbo access information less than 24 hours from arrival date. Not hearing or receiving confirmation made us a little nervous, but eventually we received 1 notification with access details.

The location was easy to get around Portland and in a very walkable neighborhood. Everything was very clean and the unit had everything you need.

Hosts were helpful and accommodating, kitchen well-outfitted, plenty of towels and supplies, space was private with nice private patio as well. Excellent bakery, restaurants, game shop, groceries, local boutiques all within a few blocks. We especially appreciated the bikes/helmets/lock available for use, the large living room table perfect for board games, and off-street parking space. Would stay here again!

We were in town to visit friends and this place was perfect for my wife and I. The place was very well appointed for our needs. Close to the Grand Central Bakery and New Season's Market was a bonus. We also love neighborhoods around Moreland/Sellwood. We would definitely stay here again. The host's were very responsive in our communications, but we really didn't need anything during our stay.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable and such a sweet and well curated space. The kitchen had everything one could want for a vacation rental. The bed and bath linens were luxurious and so comfortable. My son and I loved it and the neighborhood was great. The host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. Thanks!

I’m so happy I chose to stay here. The place is conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, cute updated furnishings, cleanly and comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. The owners were very accommodating and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would love to stay again, thanks Xica!

This was an excellent property. Private, Clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and it gave me a good space to hang out. My only complaint, which is very minor, is that there are no outlets next to the kitchen table. I needed to work while I was there and would have liked to have been able to sit at the kitchen table.

My bf and I very much enjoyed our stay, the check in was simple and the place was clean. It was cute and close to good restaurants and stores. The bathroom was stocked with stuff and that was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. In general we were both very happy with our stay!

The property was gorgeous. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were very helpful and the instructions for everything were clear. It was a walks away to whatever you needed in Sellwood too. 6/5 stars and will definitely recommend and come back.
