Es un buen lugar aunque tienen aspectos que mejorar.

Está bien ubicado y es cómodo para una familia o un grupo de amigos pequeño.

El check in es a partir de las 16h00 y el check out hasta las 11h00. Es muy temprano; además, al hacer la reserva había preguntado al respecto y me confirmaron que podría hacerla más tarde gratis; sin embargo, el día previo a la reserva me escribieron a decir que solo sería posible bajo un cargo del 50% del valor de un día adicional. Inaceptable.

Worst booking ever

The intolerable mold smell was omnipresent throughout the entire house, making it impossible to consider an overnight stay. A friend of mine, who has asthma, couldn't remain in the apartment as he immediately suffered an attack! Additionally, the apartment was extremely dirty in several places Normally, we are tolerant of a little dirt or mild odors, but this was unbearable. This accommodation is not only unacceptable for guests but also damaging to the reputation of Booking.com. We did leave the apartment after a view minutes and did not stay in it and booked something else - and than they ask for cancellation fees on top - in my view it’s a scam - if we don’t get a full refund, we will be forced to pursue legal steps and sue the landlord. Emplacement top, résidence avec potentiel, manque d’entretien et de suivi.

L’emplacement, facilité check-in , réactivité des hôtes.

La propreté! voyageant avec un enfant, J’ai dû passer la serpillère trois fois d’affilée pour récupérer un sol propre, impossible pour lui de jouer par terre. Impossible de marcher pieds nus, nos chaussettes étaient dans un état en moins d’une heure . La salle de bain mérite une rénovation complète, baignoire tachée , paroi branlante que la maintenance a dû réparer , le carrelage au niveau de la baignoire sales. En cuisine pareil, haut dessus du frigo sale, du ketchup au sol dans la cuisine à notre arrivée, un grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas! sommier taché. Wifi beaucoup trop faible! Les poubelles n’ont pas été sorti du local de tout notre séjour (10jours) , elles débordaient. Vraiment dommage.

As camas são boas e o chuveiro é bom. O local é silencioso e o prédio é familiar.

Apartamento no segundo andar com uma escada íngreme (um pouco difícil para idosos). O apartamento tinha tudo para ser ótimo, mas, a limpeza e manutenção geral estavam realmente ruins. Poucos utensílios de cozinha (poucos para o básico). O sofá cama com defeito para voltar à posição fechada, exaustor do banheiro sem funcionar (pedi manutenção e não consertaram), panelas, talheres(os poucos), pratos sujos e o exaustor sobre o fogão pingando óleo.... falta quem administra passar lá para observar de vez em quando.

I liked the fact that it was near a lot of different. He worst it was very quiet.

I did not like the When I put the door I didn't know. The key was on the wall that wasn't explaining to us. the key was in a different apartment. The cleaning lady was coming out of the apartmebt and showed us. How to retrieve the key with key One of the beds in the room sunk almost to the floor it is no cushion in the bed. That was my bed for me. I had no comfort at all. The middle of that bed sinks. There is no cushion in the mattress new mattresses in every room. The water system is not great. The water is yellow. When it comes out, we have to run it for a while. No one probably the things that I'm saying. Other people have said as well. These things will give me five star rating if there was more comfort and the water system was better to take a bathroom shower

Amazing

We loved everything. The whole apartment is nice, the location is excellent, it was quiet at nights. The host could be reached at any time regarding any matter, and they always helped with everything!

There was a small issue with the shower, but they fixed it for us immediately as soon as we informed them.

It was great everything, the only bad thing is the communication…

It was great in terms of comfort, you really feel like at home! 😁

The communication between the Staff and us, the customers, they changed the code the day I arrived, I was at the gate of the building but the code had changed. So the code wasn’t the one they gave first. 3 days later they changed the code to enter again…

Great location & spacious rooms for the price.

They rooms were spacious & stayed cool the whole stay. It was a good location to beach , dining & shopping, without a lot of traffic. We always had a parking space available no matter the time of day. Neighborhood was quiet and I liked the keypad access. I didn't have to keep up with cards or keys. The patio was very nice and quiet, to sit outside & enjoy the day. And the area was kept clean throughout the week.

There was no on-site manager to speak to for issues that arose. My Mom & I both used the washer/dryer and paid separately. Both of our cards got hacked from this use. It was the only thing we charged to these cards during our stay. There should be a coin option for these utilities, to avoid fraud issues. We weren't given enough towels/washcloths for each person to have 2 for the week's stay. The ceiling fan in my room didn't work from the first night. I let LOWKL know the next day but noone came to fix the issue. I would suggest maybe supplying a frying pan and sheet pan for the oven for eggs, etc. They did supply 3 pots but not useful for frying eggs, etc. We did buy a frying pan & sheet pan needed.

The convenience of electronic access made checkin and out very easy.

The facilities were quite “used” and older. Therefore the value for the property was not a match. Additionally the linens were not as clean as I’d hope. I’d recommend users to bring their own linens if staying here.

Value for money. Comfortable & nicely decorated but not the cleanest.

The place was nicely decorated & had pretty much all the essentials we needed for our stay. It’s also a decent value for money.

The apartment appeared clean initially but while walking through our bare feet became black which suggests the floors weren’t clean. There was also a constant smoke smell which the host did not address. We also saw a small roach in our room. We were asked to take out our own trash (from an upstairs apt) & to wash our own dishes before we leave. Not exactly sure why we paid $90 in cleaning fees!

Great deal. I would stay here and use these people again.

This is a great little unit and in a great spot. It’s close to lots of stuff, it’s quiet at night and the unit was clean. Everything worked with no issues.
