The location is top notch. You can easily access to everywhere from the hotel. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. The traditional moroccan breakfast was also decent.
For me, the rooms are bit small, but completely fine for short stays.

Our room had a lovely view out over the hills surrounding Chefchaoune. It was well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was good. The rooftop terrace was well kept and very useable. The hotel was located just inside the old town, and near the beautiful, peaceful kasbah.

Hotel Chams is a beautiful hotel to summarize in one sentence.
Mohammed, the receptionist I met on arrival was pleasant.
A unique architecture, very neat and clean, well situated within working distance to the Medina (Old City), excellent breakfast with a rooftop view that is splendid whether in the morning, afternoon or evening.
Good value for money; you will not regret your stay there. At least for me, my stay was splendid.

The receptionist was clueless at checking in also at check out no breakfast we paid but the guy was stupid. He served breakfast to two a couple before us when I ask him what about us he was clueless
The staff are ignorant
Also the bed had bed bugs đ I didnât stop itching I had to buy đ antibiotics
