Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Riad Palacio Del Sol à Chefchaouen. L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel attentif à chaque besoin. La chambre était propre, confortable et décorée avec goût, offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Le hammam marocain au riad a été un vrai moment de détente — bien entretenu, authentique et accompagné d’un soin efficace réalisé par des mains expertes. Le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse panoramique est un vrai plus : large choix de produits frais, jus maison et vue imprenable sur la médina et les montagnes, un début de journée parfait.
Emplacement idéal, à deux pas des principaux sites et restaurants, tout en restant dans un quartier calme. Nous recommandons vivement le Riad Palacio Del Sol pour un séjour reposant à Chefchaouen, que ce soit pour une escapade romantique ou une découverte de la ville. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. Es accesible en coche
No hay staf. Tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora para entrar a la habitación, esperando en la calle. Y eso, porque telefoneamos al número de móvil que habia en el cartél del hotel.
El desayuno en un bar cercano, muy limitado y sin opciones.
No tiene ascensor, así que subimos tres plantas por las escaleras tirando de las maletas.
Está en una calle ruidosa, totalmente desatendido. Búscate la vida si tienes cualquier problema. El muchacho que viene a ratos sólo sabe árabe y un ininteligible inglés. Nada de francés, raro en Marruecos. Mucho menos, español. El dueño si, pero fué incapaz de abrir la puerta de abajo. Un show..
El baño no tiene ningún enchufe ni para el secador, no para maquinilla de afeitar. La ducha tiene un mini escalón de 2 cm y sin corinas, Es inevitable llenar la habitación de agua. Lo peor fué la sensación de abandono total.
