It was close to the place I needed to be. Cleanliness was good.
Room advertised as a room with air conditioning, but there was no AC or even a ventilation shaft in the room. I had to open windows on the ground floor.
It was extremely hard to find a reception. I was circling around the building with the Akazienhaus sign for 20 minutes. The reception was in another building across the road and in another hotel named very differently.
To be fair they did send me an email beforehand with the address. But it was some time ago and I lost it. And on the building itself there is no indication of where you should go.
