$350 per night ends up to be $800 with Enya Steak House referral

The employees, were beyond helpful.

On top of a $350 1 night room...Paying $50 for parking and another $50 for a late ck out. No breakfast OR COFFEE included Drinks were outrageous! Shower looks nice but sprays all over the tile & you have to wipe it up in order to dry your hair.

Overall, very happy with our stay at The Graduate!

The location is ideal and close to Stanford.

The decor in the room is over the top floral.

It was exactly the right place for our visit.

Loved the renovation...preserved the ''old feel', while delivering comfort and function

Only issue was no hot water the morning we checked out. Felt sympathy for the front desk, who had clearly been fielding calls about it! I'm sure you'll have fixed it

BAD HOTEL CHEATING STAFF AVOID IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

I can not sleep at all during the whole night, for the construction of the hotel and the noisy neighbor. I checked in the hotel around 10 PM, and was ready for a sleep. However, I was up for the whole night, for the bed was shaking when the neighbor guest walking on the floor, and the wall was shaking when the guesting were making "some" activities for the whole night. The wall is so thin that it did not block any noise. I originally booked two nights. I told the front desk about this issue around 6 AM in the morning, after around 8 hours of no sleep. The front desk lady agrees to check out on the first day, and promised not charging the second day. However, when I looked at the bill in days, the second day's stay was charged (however I did not stay there at all). Moreover, when I called the hotel, the hotel manager, BEN denied all the promises the front desk lady said, refused to refund the second day. This is not acceptable. SUPER BAD hotel!

The Graduate Palo Alto is tip top

Gorgeous building with impeccable styling. Staff were all awesome. Comfortable, clean, safe, unique and a great location. Will 100% be back!

Over $500 charged to my card for no reason.

Location

They charged me $50 per day for incidentals, $40 per day for valet and hit me for other charges I don’t even know what they are for. The staff gave me bad information about a meeting I needed to have on premises and they argued with me when I confronted them.

A beautiful hotel and wonderful staff that made our stay unforgettable.

The location was fantastic. We easily found parking within a block or two and the hotel itself is right down town which made it easy to grab dinner and do some shopping. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. My husband had a procedure scheduled the next day and one of the front lobby staff brought up cookies for him that night and wished him well. It was definitely a going above and beyond action which we will never forget.

The original room we had booked was very small and right next to the elevator. Knowing the dimensions of the room we are booking will be a priority in the future. The hotel was able to reassign us a room that provided more space and a quieter atmosphere without hesitation. Greatly appreciated by my husband and I .

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you arrive for Stanford or meetings around downtown Palo Alto. The design is nice and unique. Staff was very nice and helpful.

While it's nice that they kept the original building windows - they're nice aesthetically, but they're not air tight and there's wind coming in, which made the room cold even with the heat on.

+ beautiful design and attention to detail + perfect location on University Ave - in the middle of all the cute shops and restaurants Palo Alto has to offer + short walk away from Caltrain and the free shuttle to Stanford + bikes for free + attentive staff who wrote us a darling little card
