BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 Parking Passes are included in with the reservation U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We thought the value was great and the beach was not overcrowded at all. The only issue was with the master bath toilet not working the best. Overall a good experience.

Overall, we had a great time while staying at this condo. I am not sure if this is on the host, but we arrived at the property at 4PM to check in and the cleaning person was still in there. This caused us to have to wait in the lobby with our stuff for an hour while they finished up. The property had great access to the beach and was centrally located to everything we did during our stay.

The room was very clean, but a few things we found while staying was in the hall bathroom where the hand rod on the back of the tub was broken, and the back burner didn't seem to work on the stove top. Other than that, very nice. I would recommend a blackout curtain be hung in the first bedroom when entering the condo because the outside lights shines so bright, you would think it was daylight inside the room. But I have noticed that on most condos at the beach no one puts a black out curtain on the entrance side of the condo to prevent the light shining in at night, but I usually throw a beach towel over the window rod, but no way to do that in this condo. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Our unit was very clean. But lacked kitchen cooking pot and pans. The did bring silverware that day. Our dishwasher didn't work but was replaced. Surprised it wasn't cleaning dishes before we came. Probably hadn't worked for some time. I was shocked when someone came to check for bed bugs the 3rd week we were there. I would thing they should have did that before coming for the month. Asked others if there units were ever checked for bed bugs while staying and they all said no. This was our 3rd year staying at Summerchase and never happened at those times. Otherwise everything was good.
