Gyönyörű szoba! Minden nagyon magas minőségű, igazi luxus. Szuper a zárt parkoló! 10/10
Elsőre kicsit furcsa volt, hogy nincs recepció, egy kávézóban kellett be- és kicsekkolni. Emiatt nem annyira szálloda feeling. Javaslom, hogy az e-mailben szerepeljen, hogy pontosan hol lehet megállni kocsival (pontos cím+kód), mert mi 10 percet bolyongtunk, majd telefonon megkérdeztük, hol tudunk parkolni. :D

The location of this new hotel in a renovated medieval building in the picture-perfect Hungarian border town of Koszeg was excellent. Four of us stayed there for the Lockenhaus Music Festival in July (a 15 minute drive). The rooms were huge (40 sq m) and luxurious, with views (an especially good view for our friends who had a huge balcony and a sauna). The hotel and restaurant was well-appointed with a lovely shaded terrace outside in the medieval square for icecreams and meals. Excellent air conditioning and lighting. The town is a wonder! It is very well placed for the annual Lockenhaus festival.
We all felt that the hotel needed more attention to management - to raise this level is very easily sorted out!
The rooms were not attended to properly by cleaning staff in the 6 days we were there, and we had to ask for replenishment of products etc. The breakfast was poor. They could so easily have supplemented the limited choice of cooked options and also provided a fresh fruit salad, non-sugar cereals, superior croissants and rolls. Again items ran out and we had to ask for replenishment. We had an excellent dinner one evening in the attractive restaurant. But on ordering lunch outside we waited nearly an hour for service - thereafter we instead went to Poltre, an excellent restaurant on the Square with quick service. The attitude of some of the hotel staff was also sometimes a bit hostile.

Établissement très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. La chambre était parfaitement insonorisée.
Pet être améliorer le petit déjeuner en proposant plus de choix ( pain, fruits, yogourt…).
