Location close to city center
Upon arrival lady at reception told us we made reservation not including my daughter and hence allocated us a room for two with no bed for her. She proposed us that our daughter could sleep with us for a supplement since they were fully booked. When I showed the detailed reservation she gave another room (!) despite earlier claim that they were booked. The new room included a bed for my daughter but there was no bath in the bathroom or other amenities like the bathrobe mentioned in the booking.com list. Upon checkout they changed the guaranteed price shown in euros based on the change in exchange rate. After lenghty discussion they took the exchange rate at day of booking.
