Comfort, cleanliness and the amenities.
The fans in the bathroom and radiators in the en suite didn’t appear to work properly.

Location perfect. Balcony a great addition considering the weather. Generally very happy overall.
No cupboard for food storage. Bathroom bin hadn't been emptied. Frying pan wouldn't work on the hob. Large iron burn on bedroom carpet, covered by rug, but carpet should be repaired or replaced. Sheets had a couple of unidentifiable marks on them.

Location was very good as we were in york for a wedding in the hopsitum in the museum gardens. So very short taxi rides but normally a short walk into the town. Recommend to anyone who is able to walk.
The master bedroom was a perfect firm bed for myself. Spotless bedding and calming bedroom decor. Per
A few better catering utensils would be good and the en suite shower heads need cleaning.
Also difficult to find by car as so many streets have bollards across.
Instructions on Host and stay are wrong about key in bike shed to open bollards, but there is no bollards. We had to ask a neighbour how to get to the building. A map of how to get through the town by car would be a help.

good space in a nice building.
Had no key fob for the car park , with no parking over an hour on the local roads it was not fun. Also local roads now have bollards put in so the post code doesn’t take you to the car park you can’t get in.
