Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Albacore Adventure in Panama City Beach has just been upgraded throughout and added to the rental market nicer than ever. This personal beach home has everything you need for making vacation memories. This modern beach home features an open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings and beautiful moldings throughout. New luxurious leather furniture has been added to the living area with two new leather recliners and a new American made quality sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The dining area offers seating for six and the breakfast bar has seating for four. Located just off the spacious kitchen with granite counter tops is the half bath and the laundry room that comes equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and an adjoining full bathroom, flat screen television and access to the pool. The fenced courtyard features a 5 foot deep private in-ground salt water pool with plenty of lounging furniture. The beautifully decorated master suite found on the second floor offers a king size bed, flat screen television and a private balcony overlooking Albacore St. The master bath has double vanities with granite counter tops, a separate tiled shower with body sprays and a whirlpool tub for relaxing after a long day at Panama City Beach. Also on the second floor is another queen bedroom and a new flat screen television. An added bathroom is found on 2nd floor and features a shower with body sprays. The second floor also has the bunk room that has queen bunk beds and a set of twin bunks. The bunk room features a flat screen television, a wet bar, mini fridge, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. A spiral staircase takes you to the sleeping loft on the third floor where a queen size murphy bed awaits you with new flat screen television, wet bar, mini fridge, and a small private balcony. The owner responded to my messages right away, we were able to check in a little early, which was very helpful. The pool is much smaller than we expected. Unhappy with the black mold through the entire house especially in the master bedroom. I let the owner know about the issue and he said he'd let the cleaning staff know. In my opinion, he didn't seem too concerned with this serious issue though. Would not recommend because of the concern for our family being exposed to the mold.

Over all it was a very nice stay. Great area snd beautiful beach. The house was nice and had everything we needed. We had a problem with the upstairs toilet, but the property manager sent someone out that day, they were not equipped to fix it, so he sent out plumbers the next day and it was fixed promptly. Tbe only complaint i had was the beds in master were noisy and not very comfortable. Overall i was happy with our stay.

Property was nice and very close to the beach. The pool was smaller than what we thought just by the pictures but the kids still enjoyed it and had a ball! Everything we needed was available plus additional things like beach toys, pool toys, etc. The only feedback I have is that it would have been helpful to know everything ahead of time of what was available at the house for us to use prior to the day of. Thank you for a lovely place to stay and make memories with my family.

Nice neighborhood, beautiful house and 2 minute walk to beach. We had 11 people and everyone had space. The pool was nice especially when we put the EZup over half of it. The cleaning people were efficient as they had a to clean up a huge mess left from the group before us and then came back to unclog a shower drain within an hour of us contacting Neil. Would recommend.

I wish I could give this place a billion stars! Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed here for my sons annual birthday beach trip and was his first time in Florida and it was the best! The house was so clean. The staff was amazing and friendly. The owners a great, we had a small issue with the pool and within 10 minutes of getting in contact with Neil he had someone out! Such a short walk to the beach, and within 5 minutes of all the attractions we wanted to do. Once you stay here you’ll never want to stay anywhere else. I could see our family coming back here year after year.

We brought our big beautiful family to our favorite vacation spot. The house is amazing and plenty of room for the 16 of us. The pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Communication with Neil was fast and helpful always! I highly recommend! My only concern was the parking area is very narrow and no street parking anywhere close. We made it work with some extra tight parking for 5 cars. Thanks again for the great stay!!

We had the best time at this house! So close to the beach! We walked there every day. Toys, boards, chairs, tent, all there for you to use! Super clean house, with pool and patio area. We had an excellent time at this property! Well maintained, good location, nice to have the small pool, and we appreciated the canopy that was at the house so we could bring it to the beach (very short walk). We also walked to a few different places nearby like the mini golf and ice cream shop.

This was my first VRBO rental. We normally use our timeshare. However, needed something that would accommodate three families. The house looks just like the pictures. So, if you’re bringing little ones, beware, there are a lot of nick-knacks and tempting decorations. Our youngest resident was 9, she enjoyed the pool. There are three pools in close proximity and I think, we could hear the one facing Albacore St, “bubbling and cracking “ whenever it got quiet. That was a little annoying. There was enough hot water for everyone to shower daily. The spiral staircase needs to be tightened and the master bedroom bed was not comfortable to me but husband said it wasn’t bad.
It’s like a 2 min walk to Gate 19 and the sugar sand of the beach. There were little things here and there but overall the house checked all the boxes. 10 out of 10, would reserve again.

Let me start with telling about the host, Neil was amazing. We was on vacation celebrating my wife’s college graduation and my daughters birthday. Neil let a card for both of them with chocolates and wine.
The house was exactly what we wanted close to the beach and a swimming pool. The interior of the house was pure comfort with all the amenities of home. We had 13 in our group and had plenty of room.

My friends and I had a great reunion beach trip in this house. We were a group of 13 and fit well with the use of the bunk beds. We enjoyed the pool, and the furniture was comfy. Super short walk to the public beach access, I do recommend bringing a wagon and your own beach chairs though there were lots of beach toys and 1 beach chair in the bins on the side of the house. Only downside was shortage of amenities including not enough bath towels, only 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no coffee though a Keurig is present, and no shampoo/conditioner but a quick trip to the grocery store was an easy fix. Would recommend this house for large groups!

Family Vacation
We rented this property for a family vacation with 5 families coming from multiple states. The cousins (ages from 5-11) loved the bunk room and felt like they had their own wing of the house. Master suite is beautiful. The room at the top of the winding staircase has very little privacy which was expected. There is a small window AC unit which keeps the room plenty cool and helps control the noise of the bunk beds below. We loved how close the property was to the beach. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets and the owner came right out and fixed the problem. Very polite. Only negative is the pool was a lot smaller then what we anticipated from the pictures. In the end we spent more time at the beach so it was fine. Great family vacation. Thank you!

Great house just off Surf Drive
The house was very clean and well furnished. I highly recommend this house. Our family loves the location of the house and it was big enough for the 12 of us. We had several late evening family scary movie nights on the bottom floor. The house is also close to the beach allowing our family to take night walks on the beach.
