About this cabin rental
Quiet location on a wooded lot right on Bass Lake. The Ohio cabin is only 6 miles from downtown Traverse City and close to wineries, outdoor activities, bike trails and other vacation opportunities. There is a private dock with a patio layout for relaxing on the lake. Perfect for couples or a family with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that are nicely appointed. There is a fire pit with seating for chilling out. We have high-speed wireless internet that even reaches the dock. Bass Lake is an all sports lake with a sand bar for swimming and wading with the little ones. Come and relax in the "Ohio" cabin! Enjoy all one the beautiful wildlife right from the deck. There are other cabins available for rent on the property if you have a larger group.

Great little Cabin. It was clean and cozy, but spacious enough for what it was. A/C worked pretty well too! There is a nice firepit area and a nice dock to sit on and look at the lake as well as a nice deck area. That was what I liked, for a "small" space, it had several different nice environments to spend time in. Dog friendly too! Little touches like included bug spray were nice, and there was a good instruction booklet to help with how to use anything. Hosts were easy to work with and attentive as well. Would stay again! It's a cabin, not a house so obviously there is no laundry or dishwasher (It doesn't claim to have these), but if you don't need those things... this is a great space to hang out on a beautiful, quiet lake.

Great cabin. Beds were comfy and the lake is beautiful. I appreciated that they left some good firewood for us and the hosts are very easy to work with and quick to respond.

We had a lovely stay here! The cabin is on a beautiful serene lake with much outdoor space to enjoy the lakefront. You are able to have your “up north” lake experience and be a 20 min drive away from Traverse City. The hosts were kind and responsive!

The view was beautiful and the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. It was rustic as expected but comfortable.
