Nice view and private. Plenty of space.
This is out of the owners' control, but our internet, water, and electricity went out on separate occasions. Comes with the cost of the location.

The place was very large and very clean. Equipped with everything you to cook. Enjoyed the top balcony
It was very difficult to find someone to drive us there. It took a long time to get there. It was further away from the waterfalls than we thought. Hard walking! Not as good for birding as we thought. The neighbourhood kids fired off these air guns that were very loud. So not very peaceful sitting in balcony outside

The views and layout of the unit is great.
We booked the 2 bedroom and got 1 bed. The owner was completely unresponsive and just ignored our messages. When we arrived the unit was not ready the cleaner was not aware we were coming. It is high up the mountain and about a 25 min ride to town so we were hoping to be able to cook there etc since we stayed for 2 weeks. However, the few pans offered were teflon which had mostly been scrapped off and unusable. There is no staff at the property and we were not offered fresh linens or towels, so you will need to wash by hand or take to laundry service in town. Also lots of bugs inside with no cleaning supplies available except for small broom. There was also a pretty consistent leak in the wall from upstairs bathroom which kept table and stairs wet most of the time. We ended up buying our own pans and cleaning supplies which is just inconvenient and for the price compared to other properties in Philippines we expected better. There was no instructions on things like trash etc some one willing to reach out to guests occasionally would of made world of difference.
Also the property is surrounded by goats and roosters so its loud but thats pretty common in the Philippines. Just bring earplugs. The view is beautiful though and we enjoyed the top deck. However in my opinion there are much better options for the price.
