Una estancia maravillosa. El hotel es increíble: habitaciones impecables, ubicación perfecta, excelente seguridad y un personal excepcional. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Nesrin Ece, de recepción, por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y trato tan cercano. Fue encantadora con nosotros.
Turquía es un país maravilloso y esta experiencia hizo que nos gustara todavía más. Un 10 en todo. Sin duda volveremos.
No tengo ningún comentario negativo, todo lo que puedo decir es que fue completamente maravilloso

The food was A1, the staff are amazing. We felt at home and didn’t want to live. This is one of the best hotels i have been to hands down. They just know what they are doing … great team and fabulous hotel

The staff especially the Concierge and front dest went above and beyond to make a difficult situation where my wife had to go to hospital so much easier. Without their help it would have been more stressful. When in Istambul again next year we will return to this fine Hotel. Thank you everyone.
