Welcome!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CONVENIENCE AND A CENTRAL LOCATION TO EVERYTHING......LOOK NO FURTHER. Come relax and unwind in this desirable gated community of Palmetto Dunes, on Hilton Head Island. This villa is a lower level unit, and is centrally located to the pool and beach. This is very clean and has been recently updated throughout. It offers 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a new kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar.
The great room offers a open floor plan with an eat in kitchen, and living room. The living room has a large television with a some games for downtime. It is comfortable and bright with large windows and sliding glass doors leading to two two private decks. One deck overlooks the pool area and the other is more private and secluded. The master suite has a king size bed, television and a sliding glass door leading to the more secluded deck. The second guest suite offers two full size beds, television, its own bathroom as well as a sliding glass door leading to the deck that overlooks the pool. In the common bathroom there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
This villa is just steps to the private Moorings swimming pool, beautiful white sandy beaches (see video below), the 11 mile lagoon where you can enjoy fishing or explore via a canoe or kayak. It is also centrally located and provides access to miles of bike paths, 25 tennis/pickle ball courts and 3 golf courses. The Dunes Buggy will shuttle you to a number of areas including Shelter Cove where you will find shops, restaurants and entertainment during the summer months.

Beautiful condo!!! Very relaxing and comfortable living room furniture and queen beds very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The condo overall was very clean. Host was very responsive with all my questions and took care of anything I asked about. Very nice touch having beach chairs and a wagon to carry your chairs and cooler to the beach. Beach access is awesome, just steps away from the condo and the balconies overlook the pool.

We truly enjoyed our time at The Moorings Condo hosted by Tom! The condo is super comfortable and homey! We enjoyed all of the little touches and art work! The rooms were spacious and the condo was well equipped for all of our needs! The condo is a quick walk to the beach and overlooks the pool! Both were used on our stay! Tom and the property manager had excellent communication and we felt like we were at home! If you are considering a trip to Palmetto Dunes, this is your place!

The condo is clean and well decorated. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Great location and nice wagon, chairs and cooler for beach. We would recommend!
