My parents and I stayed at the East Hill property while visiting my daughter who moved to the area. The house was spacious and the number of rooms and bathrooms was enough for us. The forced air vents blow hard in the living room/kitchen and less in the bedrooms so we adjusted the temp a lot. The bed sheets on the beds was a poly/cotton blend rather than 100% cotton. The location of the house is perfect for being able to easily enjoy many spots in the area.

Wonderful place to stay in a great neighborhood. Very quiet and layed back area of Pensacola. Easy access to 17th st made it easy to go to the beach and downtown. Clean and well appointed for a comfortable stay in Pensacola.

Not far from the airport to pick up friends and close to the Naval Air Station for us to attend an event there. Downtown is a few blocks away and it's easy to get to the beaches if that's your fancy. The landlord was very responsive to our needs and quick to reply to our queries. Would certainly stay again if in the area.
