Nice building. Very clean.
The service. We stayed one week and have to ask someone to change the linen. The last 2 nights not even bothered to get us clean towels, or refreshments. I have to ask them and the staff said the housekeeper has their days off. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. In the last nights we just noticed that if it’s busy and you are nearby lift it’s very noisy. Every time the people use the lift you can hear them. Also at 6 in the morning people comeback from the party and was swearing and shouting on the corridors. I have to tell them to shut up ,but no chance. No staff around to report this (between 6-8 in the morning). When we check out to leave the keys nobody was on reception, so we left the keys on the desk. Last time when we been in here was very nice because they check in us in the main building, but this time for the money what we paid unfortunately won’t rush to come back.
