We were in town for our son’s Detroit wedding and we fit our large family comfortably. The place is very clean and pleasant. The beds are comfortable. They provide many things that a traveler might need. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and very close to downtown Royal Oak, grocery stores, restaurants, access to main highways. Our host was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this place.

Where ever we stay we usually don’t have a well stocked house with enough supplies. Your house was well stocked with tissues, toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed our stay and liked being able to check out at 11:00.

This property was ideal for 9 of us. Bedrooms are a good size with the Master being very spacious. The two full baths are spacious and up to date. Spacious and updated kitchen. For our stay the key was the finished basement with the TV and pool table which provided hour of entertainment for the kids. A good neighborhood for walking the dog a little less than a mile from downtown Royal Oak. We had a few questions leading up to, and during our stay and Matt was very responsive. We would definitely seek to stay here again on our next trip to the Detroit area.
