About this condo rental

Nestled in Panama City Beach, this charming condo for $156 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Studio 1 Bath, with Kitchen 2 Queen beds Sleeps 4 This unique ground-level vacation rental is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your trip to the beach, including a patio next to the pool and central air conditioning to cool off after days in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy cooking up tasty meals together in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of joe and sit on the patio. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. Guests will also be able to enjoy access to a shared pool, outdoor shower, and more during their stay.  Top of The Gulf is a beautiful complex right on the beach! It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of The Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast. IMPORTANT THIS PROPERTY IS 21 AND OLDER. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infant of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4  allow by law could result in fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor  to your left as you walk in.  The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only. VCRR#49380

The condo needed more essential items. Cooking utensils were super cheap or didn’t have what was needed to cook with. There were nats flying up from the kitchen sink. The lock was hard to work. The door had to be pull to while trying to unlock the door. We have stayed at this condo complex plenty of times and all of the other condos was way better then this one.
