About this house rental
If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax, our Newly-Built guest house is a perfect choice. The stylish beach dwelling is located in a safe Kitty Hawk neighborhood within walking distance to a sound and 4 min drive to Hayman public beach access with a parking lot/amenities.
The space
This beautiful two-story house has a spacious deck where you can enjoy a sunrise over a cup of coffee or watch marvelous sunsets with a glass of wine. When you step inside, you’ll see a modern living room that opens up to a kitchen and dining space.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to treat your family/friends to a delicious meal: from a waffle maker to cook breakfast to an Instant Pot pressure cooker to prepare a quick dinner. The kitchen also features a small coffee station with a Keurig Duo coffee maker, K-Cup coffee pods, sugar, and cream. You don’t have to worry about cleaning supplies; for your convenience, there are laundry/dishwasher detergent pods in the kitchen cabinet under the sink.
The house accommodates four people. It has a master bedroom with a king size, another bedroom with two twin beds, and one shared bathroom with a bathtub. The washer and dryer are available on the same floor in the laundry closet. We provide clean towels and sheets. In a closet of the master bedroom, you can find a Pack n’ Play crib, a baby booster seat for the table, an iron, and an ironing board.
The house has wireless Internet, LG 65” TV in the living room as well as Roku TVs in each bedroom.
In our pet-friendly house, you can find a dog bed (master bedroom closet) and food/water bowls (under kitchen sink).
While outside, enjoy cooking barbecue on a gas grill (a propane tank is provided). If it gets too hot, freshen up in the outdoor shower.
When heading to the beach, don’t forget to grab a cart, beach chairs, cooler bag, or tent we have for you in the outdoor shower.
Guest access
The rental house is located on the same lot as the owner’s main house, however, our guests can fully enjoy the privacy and separate driveway entered from W Tateway Rd.
Guests have no access to the owner’s garage.
Other things to note
We kindly ask not to park on the grass. There is plenty of space in the car port. Thank you.
Pets rules/fees: 2 pets maximum; $150 fee for each pet; no pets allowed on the furniture.

This was a great first stay in OBX. In Kitty Hawk, this lovely guest house was perfect for our family (two adults, two kids). As mentioned by other reviewers, the attention to detail really makes this a great vacation spot: plenty of towels, nice appliances, kitchenware, beach gear, outdoor shower. Speaking of the outdoor shower, I really appreciated the host’s quick attention when they got it working with a new shower head soon after I noticed it was not running properly. I also appreciated the kind welcome when we arrived. It took us a bit of time to get our bearings and figure out the best ways to navigate traffic (best to take backroads to stoplights if you want to turn left) and finding a place to park to go to the beach (Regional Beach Access - Kitty Hawk!), but overall, we couldn’t have asked for much better of a stay. Also, I highly recommend a short walk to the bay side dock of the Wright Brothers Multi-Use Path. It became our sunset ritual.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely excellent, so close to local attractions and the beach. The property was spotless, and the space looked exactly like the photos. We had zero issues during our trip. The host was incredibly communicative and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean home, very comfortable. Well stocked, great location close to a beautiful walking trail on the sound side. Just a tip for travelers with kids- not very walkable to beach side, as you have to cross 5 lanes of traffic with no crosswalk. Besides that- wonderful property!

The host was awesome and easy to communicate. The house was spacious for a family of four and it had everything that you will need to feel comfortable to be home. Clean space and location was so perfect that my 10yr old son took his scooter for a ride in the neighborhood. I will definitely come here again. Thank you Alina.
