Location was fantastic and they offered activities for a way better price!
Beds were extremely hard and the A/C was directed on your head when lying down to sleep (need it otherwise too hot), which caused one of the two a cold.

The location is good, and even though it's in a busy area and has a bar downstairs, the room was quiet, and I slept well. The beds have thick privacy curtains which are good for privacy, but do make the bed slightly hot as air can't flow in. There's a light and plug socket in the bed and a small cupboard inside the bed cubicle but it doesn't have a lock so you can't secure it.
There were large lockers inside the room which you could easily put your bag into and a lock was provided.
They give you 1 free drink token per day which is a nice addition but i'd expect that for the price. Breakfast was included but I wouldn't say it's the tastiest i've had. Budget eggs and basic bread. A small fruit plate is also provided with a slice of pineapple, watermelon and banana. You can choose from tea or coffee but again it's very basic and only condensed milk available.
The staff were super lovely and helpful.
The rooms were very dated. I stayed in a 4-berth room on the first floor and the layout gives you a bit of space in the middle but make it feel like you're sleeping right next to someone.
The bathroom is very dated and needs updating. It also felt quite dirty. There's only 1 bathroom per room so if someone is using it you can't shower or go to the toilet. I couldn't see any communal bathrooms.
There's a bar downstairs but it's quite small and it's nice that they offer a free drinks token but, if you don't want to drink then there's not anywhere to meet people or socialise. At breakfast everyone sits at their own tables so it's not like you can meet people then so I wouldn't say it's a particularly social hostel.
There's nowhere for people to leave their bags other than the reception area which is small so it means you're often climbing over peoples bags.
