It was interesting being in District 2 which was like a village with very few travellers. The roof top pool was very useful with a great view.
Coffee and a simple breakfast was really good and staff helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable
Nothing. Some people might find it far from HCM centre but buses run regularly and Grab s are always a good way to travel

The room was spacious and there was a kitchen downstairs in the garage available to use. The pool had a nice private view of the city. Filtered water dispenser downstairs you could refill daily for drinking. Entering and exciting the building was easy no matter the time.
The balcony was scary small, they only offered cleaning once a week, no room service and there was an incident where I was cooking in the kitchen (which is located in the garage) and I believe it was the owner who was sitting in his car for a good 10-20 minutes with his car on and smoked the whole place out. Very dangerous, rude and gross especially while I was cooking. Breathing in carbon monoxide can kill you without warning.
