What I liked most was the location. You’re literally in the middle of everything. That alone is worth a solid 10+. You honestly can’t get a better spot.
Check-in is self-service and everything is handled automatically. Communication through chat and WhatsApp was very smooth, with quick responses. I really appreciated that.
I checked out one day earlier, around 9 AM on Saturday, and that was no problem at all. Everything went very smoothly.
In terms of price ratio, it definitely deserves a high score as well — easily a 10+. For location and accommodation combined, the value for money is really excellent.
The only thing is that it could have been a bit cleaner. It wasn’t dirty, but it could use a little more attention. Still, it didn’t ruin the overall good experience.
I stayed for two or three days, which was completely sufficient. I had just arrived in Saigon and it turned out I couldn’t stay at the hotel I originally booked, so I had to switch last-minute. I booked the first available option, which was this one — and everything went smoothly and flexibly. A fantastic location.
I would definitely stay here again, even in the same room.
My room was on the first floor, which I personally liked a lot.
Breakfast was listed as included. Maybe I had to sign up for it — I’m not exactly an early riser for breakfast. I did get up early once by coincidence, but I didn’t see anyone serving breakfast during the mentioned time. Maybe I needed to register, I’m not sure. But overall, it was completely fine.
The only downside was that it wasn’t very hygienic — not super clean, you could say — but overall it was still manageable. For example, I heard some people mention noise or disturbances. Well, I didn’t hear anything at all, so for me it was actually completely fine.
I honestly have nothing else negative to say. It was just that it could have been a bit cleaner. But you can always buy some cleaning wipes and freshen it up yourself if you really want it to feel perfectly hygienic.
In terms of location, it’s absolutely perfect. And considering the price–quality ratio, you really can’t complain.

It's a great stay at this accommodation
Staffs response well to password check in which l appreciate alot
Bed is firm , blanket is excellent and l sleep very well very night
Have a table and a side table for.coffee or belongs
Toilet was in good shape. Hot water is well maintained and flush toilet is powerful
Best of all, come with washing machine which a extra plus point . Amazing add on for comfortable stay
AC is cold and fan provided too
Room is well lamped throughout
Overall , my stay was a memorable one in HCMC
A BIG thanks to An Nam corner. Next stay will be here for sure

Comfortable bed
Very noisy in the evening and most of the night. All the walls and windows covered in loosely stuck black foam. Many switchers covered over. Bathroom floor very slippery. Mini douche leaking.
